Every vehicle is listed by a vetted professional, ensuring consistent quality at the best price.

Second, the price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. IVVER is built by a team of Moroccan origin living in Europe. We combine local knowledge of Morocco with international tech and design standards. Our roots give us a deep understanding of both the traveler experience and the local market.

What types of vehicles can I rent on IVVER?

Our goal is to offer the widest possible range of vehicles to match every traveler's needs. Professional owners on IVVER list diverse fleets — from economy cars and compact city vehicles to SUVs, luxury models, and premium options. Whatever your trip requires, we work to have a vehicle that fits.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need a valid driver's license recognized internationally, a valid passport, and you must be at least 21 years old. All documents must remain valid throughout the entire rental period. The owner verifies these documents through the app before the rental starts.

What happens if the car breaks down or I have an accident?

An emergency insurance number is available directly in the app — call it immediately. You also have access to the vehicle owner's support and IVVER's support team. We make sure you are not left alone in any situation.

Is there a security deposit? How does it work?

A security deposit may be required depending on the specific vehicle. All deposit conditions and amounts are clearly displayed on the booking page before you confirm payment — no surprises, full transparency.

For Owners

Can anyone list a car on IVVER?

IVVER is a professional marketplace — only verified professional owners and rental businesses can list vehicles. This ensures consistent quality, proper insurance coverage, and a reliable experience for renters. Individual private listings are not accepted.

What commission does IVVER take? How do I get paid?

IVVER charges a booking fee to cover platform operating costs and to continuously improve the service. The owner sets their own rental price and conditions — IVVER takes nothing from that price. Payment between renter and owner happens directly on site, according to the owner's terms displayed on the booking page. After the MVP phase, IVVER will integrate the full payment and dispute flow directly in the app.

Can I refuse a booking or block certain dates?

Yes, you have full control. Every booking request is subject to your acceptance — you review and approve or decline each one. You can also block dates directly in the app's calendar to mark your vehicle as unavailable when needed.

Trust & Insurance

How does IVVER verify renters and owners?

For owners, IVVER performs legal verification of the business identity and its manager, as required by the regulations of each country where IVVER operates. For renters, the owner verifies identity through the app using the documents the renter provides — driver's license and passport.

What does the insurance cover? Who provides it?

IVVER offers protection packages designed for peer-to-peer and professional rental. Coverage specifics are detailed in the app and are subject to updates as we continuously improve our protection layer. Review the latest terms in the app before each booking.

Availability & Expansion

Where is IVVER available right now?

IVVER is launching first in Morocco. We are building our vehicle inventory in the country's major tourist cities — Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Tangier, and Agadir — with airport zones as a priority. Follow our blog for city-by-city availability updates as we go live.

Can a foreign tourist landing in Casablanca or Marrakech use IVVER?

Absolutely. IVVER is designed for international travelers. We prioritize airport zones so you can pick up a vehicle as soon as you land. All you need is a valid international driver's license and passport.

Will IVVER expand outside Morocco?

Yes. Morocco is our first market. We plan to expand to new countries once the model is proven and the platform is mature. Our ambition is to build a global travel hub, one market at a time.

Payment & Pricing

How can I pay for a rental?

You reserve by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay to confirm the booking in the app. The rental cost itself is paid directly to the owner on site — by card or cash, according to the conditions displayed on the booking page. After the MVP phase, IVVER will handle the full payment flow, including disputes, within the app.

Is the displayed price the final price?

Yes. The price you see on the listing is the final price — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Simply respect the rental conditions set by the owner (mileage limits, cleaning expectations, etc.) and you will never pay more than what was shown.

Can I cancel a reservation? Can I shorten a rental once it has started?

You can cancel a reservation before it starts through the app. Once the rental has begun, the booking cannot be shortened through the app — you should discuss any changes directly with the owner to find a solution.

The App

When will the iOS app be available?

The iOS version is currently in development. We are targeting September 2026 for the release. The Android app is already available on Google Play. In the meantime, you can browse IVVER and contact us through the website on any device.

I have an issue — how do I contact IVVER?

You can reach our support team through the in-app messaging system, or by email. Response times and support hours are detailed in the Support section of the app. For urgent matters during a rental, use the emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation.
